This is an excerpt from a 1969 documentary about The Texas Boys Choir called "A Time of Waking". The audio portion of the Mozart Alleluja is from a recording session in February of 1969. The video portion of the Mozart Alleluja was shot in the late summer of that same year. This is the only known video of Donald Collup as a boy soprano and cannot be edited. An attempt was made to overlay the narration-less recording of the Mozart but synchronization is not possible. This documentary, a philosophy of boychoir, was produced by the Walsh Foundation in cooperation with the Baptist Radio and Television Commission. "A Time of Waking" received the Bronze Award in 1970 from the International Film and TV Festival and in 1971 it received the George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedom Foundation at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
