Creedence Clearwater Revival: Bad Moon Rising

Creedence Clearwater Revival Bad Moon Rising Green River Lyrics: I see the bad moon rising. I see trouble on the way. I see earthquakes and lightnin'. I see bad times today. CHORUS: Don't go around tonight, Well, it's bound to take your life, There's a bad moon on the rise. I hear hurricanes ablowing. I know the end is coming soon. I fear rivers over flowing. I hear the voice of rage and ruin. CHORUS All right! Hope you got your things together. Hope you are quite prepared to die. Looks like we're in for nasty weather. One eye is taken for an eye. CHORUS CHORUS

Opeth - Credence

Song: Credence Artist: Opeth Album: My Arms, Your Hearse Year: 1998 Another song by opeth with pure emotion in it and low mood.... the low, sad beauty of Opeth :) Anyways hope you like it :) subscribe to me, ask for new songs (Only Metal ), rate and comment of course :D *****Lyrics***** Deserted again. You speak to me through the shadows. Walking in closed rooms, using cold words. Captured by the night. The yearning escapes from my embrace. Strange silhouettes whisper your thoughts, scream your sadness. And they all turned away, unable to face more of this death. Credence in my word. Written in dust, tainted by memories. I confess my hope, recognize my loneliness. Your laughter weeps the truth. Push me into the corner. Confirming the epitaph of my soul and displaying the once unknown Karma.
Credence Clearwater Revival - Green River

Released in 1969, written by John Fogerty. ---LYRICS--- Well, take me back down where cool water flows, y'all. Let me remember things I love Stoppin' at the log where catfish bite, Walkin' along the river road at night, Barefoot girl dancin' in the moonlight. I can hear the bullfrog callin' me, home. Wonder if my rope's still hangin' to the tree. Love to kick my feet 'way down the shallow water. Shoefly, dragonfly, get back to mother. Pick up a flat rock, skip it across Green River. Welllllll! Up at Cody's camp I spent my days, Lord, With flat car riders and cross-tie walkers Old Cody, Junior took me over, Said, "You're gonna find the world is smould'rin'. And if you get lost come on home to Green River.

MIDNIGHT SPECIAL !!! CREDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL !!! 1969

Our Lord Jesus Christs words to His bride about how He willingly delivered himself up to be crucified by His enemies, and about the way to be abstinent in all members of the body from all illicit movements after His most sweet example of suffering. Book 1 - Chapter 11 SAINT BRIDGET PATRON SAINT OF EUROPE The Son of God spoke to his bride, saying: I am the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all the things that are in them, and it is my true body that is consecrated on the altar. Love me with all your heart, for I have loved you, and I delivered myself up to my enemies willingly, while my friends and my Mother remained in the most bitter sorrow and weeping. When I saw the spear, the nails, the whips, and the other instruments of torture there ready, I still went on, no less joyful, to suffer. And when my head was bleeding on all sides from the crown of thorns, and the blood was flowing on all sides, then, even if my enemies had gotten hold of my heart, I would have, still, rather allowed it to be wounded and torn asunder than lose you. For that reason, you are extremely ungrateful, if you do not love me for such a great love. For if my head was pierced and bent down on the cross for your sake, your head should be bent down toward humility. Since my eyes were filled with blood and tears, your eyes should abstain from pleasurable sights. Since my ears were filled with blood and had to hear blasphemous and scornful words, your ears should be turned away from frivolous ...

'No credence in Blackwater revival'

As US troops prepare to leave Iraq, thousands of contractors are moving in to make a buck in the country devastated by war. And one of them is the world's most infamous mercenary company, formerly known as Blackwater. The firm was once banned from Iraq over allegations of indiscriminate shooting of civilians but now it's trying to wash away the bloody taint by rebranding itself for a second time - it's now to be called 'Academy'. Jack Rice, a lawyer and former CIA officer, who's done extensive research into Blackwater's operations in Iraq, says that, although the company is blamed for having an awful lot of blood on its hands, it's still likely to get new contracts in the country. ♪♫ Cotton Fields -- CCR / Credence Clearwater Revival (Cover)

"Cotton Fields" is a song written by blues musician Huddie Ledbetter, better known as Lead Belly. It was also a #13 pop hit for The Highwaymen in 1961. American rock band The Beach Boys covered "Cotton Fields" in 1968. It was released on their 1969 album 20/20 with Al Jardine on lead vocals. The song was recorded on November 18, 1968. Dissatisfied with Brian Wilson's arrangement, Jardine later led the group to record a more country-rock style version. The remake was recorded on August 15, 1969, with Orville "Red" Rhodes on pedal steel guitar. Released as "Cottonfields", this remake, while not a hit in the US, was a Top 10 song around the world in the spring and summer of 1970. It was the group's last single for Capitol Records and the last released in mono. Creedence Clearwater Revival covered the song on their (1969) album Willy and the Poor Boys. This version hit #1 in Mexico in 1970. Nonw, it's my turn toI cover this song in the style of Credence Clearwater Revival.

The Mothers most lovely question to the bride, the humble answer of the bride to the Mother, and the Mothers useful answer to the bride, and about the improvement of good people among the evil. Book 1 - Chapter 22 SAINT BRIDGET PATRON SAINT OF EUROPE PART I The Mother of God spoke to her Sons bride, saying: You are my Sons bride. Tell me what is on your mind and what you are praying for. The bride answered: My Lady, you know it very well, for you know all things. Then the Holy Virgin said: Even though I know all things, I would still like to hear you tell me while those standing here present are listening. The bride said: My Lady, I fear two things: First, for my sins, for which I do not cry and make amends for as I would like. Second, I am sad because your Sons enemies are so many. Then the Virgin Mary answered: In regard to the first one, I give you three cures: First, think about how all things that have spirit, such as frogs and other animals, have troubles sometimes, and yet their spirits do not live eternally but die with the body. But your soul and every human soul does live forever. Second, think about the mercy of God, because there is no man who is so sinful that his sin is not immediately forgiven, if he only prays for Gods forgiveness with an intention to better himself and with true repentance for his former sins. Third, think and visualize about how great the glory of the soul is when she lives forever with God and in God. And regarding the second, namely ...

St. Agnes's words of praise and blessing to the glorious Virgin herself, and about how she prays to the Virgin for the daughter, and about the answer of the Lord and of his sweet Virgin and their consoling words to the bride, and about this world as symbolized by a pot. Book 4 - Chapter 11 SAINT BRIDGET PATRON SAINT OF EUROPE FINAL PART God's Mother answers: "What do you mean by this wedding? Tell me for the sake of her who is listening!" Agnes answers: "You are truly mother and virgin and bride. The most beautiful wedding was celebrated in you at the time when a human nature was joined to God in you without any admixture or loss in his divinity. Virginity and motherhood were united while virginal modesty remained intact, and you became at the same time both mother and daughter of your Creator. This day you gave birth in time to him who was eternally begotten of the Father and has wrought all things with the Father. The Holy Spirit, within and without you and all around you, made you fruitful as you gave your consent to God's herald. God's Son himself, who was born of you this day, was within you even before his herald came to you. Have mercy, then, on your daughter! She is like a poor little woman dwelling in a valley with nothing other than some small living creature, such as a hen or a goose. Credence Clearwater Revisited/ Proud Mary, Live at Harrah's AC

Went to see Credence Clearwater Revisited at Harrah's in Atlantic City on 6/5/10. Was able to get a few videos, unfortunately the quality isn't as good as I anticipated but still wanted to share the some of what turned out to be a very entertaining night. We were in the center of 5th row after receiving a short meet & greet with the band. Two of the original band members are in the band Doug (Cozmo) Clifford on the drums & Stu Cook on the bass. Taking place of John Fogerty on lead vocals is John Tristao(very impressive). Also taking Fogerty's place on lead guitar is Tal Morris.(makes the guitar talk!) Last, but not least is very talented Steve Gunner paying the keyboard, acoustic guitar, harmonica, percussion & singing the high notes. The band puts on a good show, I've seen them all three times they were in the area & this time when Cozmo came from behind the drums to tell the Credence story he makes mention of John & the late Tom Fogerty, which I thought was nice. It's a shame they can't settle their differences they are all great musicians no matter who did the song writing. I tried to get an old "Green River" album from my childhood signed by Cozmo & Stu but was ignored twice, oh well. Check out all three videos if you are a CCR fan.
Credence Clearwater Revival: Green River

I was asked (almost a year ago) to make a music video for this song. Because of my busy schedule and the technique I was using to make this video, it ended up taking me a lot longer to make than I intended. In fact, I never got to finish it. My dad's computer (the one I was making this video on) had a hard drive failure and I never got to finish the video. This video was the only part of the project I could save, so here you go. Sorry about the quality, I had to save it as an AVI for test purposes. If I had been able to finish it, it would have been saved as an MPEG.
