Exported from Sony Vegas in MP4 format with the following settings: Audio: 320kbps, 48000 Hz, 24 Bit, Stereo Video: 29.970 fps, 1280x720 Progressive, 8 Mbps Youtube knocks the audio down from the above, to 128kbps
