Fursty Razorbacks
Die American Footballer des TuS FFB besiegten am Sonntag 27.06.2010 die Regensburg Phoenix mit 56:30. Nach dem knappen Hinspielsieg (34:36) konnte man mit einem punktereichen und spannenden Spiel rechnen, und so wurde dann den zahlreich erschienen Fans auf der Lände eine wahre Offensivschlacht geboten. Bereits in der ersten Halbzeit führte fast jede Angriffsserie der Razorbacks zu Punkten. Daniel Nentwig erzielte einen Touchdown nach dem anderen, und der wieder genesene Spielmacher Martin Fuchsberger lieferte dann auch noch die Extrapunkte dazu. Der Angriff der Gäste aus Regensburg konnte sich zunächst gegen die Amperstädter kaum durchsetzen, so dass der Touchdown von Lukas Dohrmann kurz vor der Pause zum Halbzeitstand von 35:8 führte. Danach kamen die Phoenix besser in Fahrt und sie konnten noch dreimal in die Endzone der Gastgeber gelangen. Da aber auch die Razorbacks noch einen Touchdown durch Lukas Dohrmann und zwei durch Daniel Nentwig drauf legten, war der Sieg zu keiner Zeit gefährdet. Das Spiel gefiel auch den Gästen vom Projekt "Wohnen mit Perspektive". Fast 40 Bewohner und Betreuer dieser Einrichtung des Kinderhilfswerkes waren von den Razorbacks eingeladen und mit Burgern und Getränken versorgt worden.
