Yael Naim was born in Paris in 1978 to Tunisian. She began her singing career with a part in the musical "Les Dix Commandements"[2][3] and her first solo album, In a Man's Womb, was released in 2001. She also sang the song "You Disappear" by Bruno Coulais for the film Harrison's Flowers directed by Elie Chouraqui. For her early work she was credited simply as Yaël. www.recyclersbin.org

My personal dedication by means of home-made music video to this song is not only its melodic delight to me when I have been recently keeping making repeated loopings of this song, but also its music taste, which can be described as a mix between country / folk with acoustic jazz in terms of music genre, coupled with a special set of lyrics all written in Hebrew, interspersed with three prominent lines of French, which is vocally performed by this female song-writer in a slightly rushing ad-lib and progressively lyrical humming manner of singing voice, which render this song a ballad number with an instinguished exotic touch by its own right to savour it, to relish it. This song is the first track of the second studio album, self-titled as "Yael Naïm", released officially on 22 October 2007. On a side note, all the tracks, inclusive of this track, of the abovenamed album are co-produced by Yael Naïm and David Donatien, now a stable and permanent male music partner to Yael for their continued collaboration of music works since the production of this studio album.
