The Serbian anti-regime youth movement Otpor is an inspiration to the Tunisian and Egyptian demonstrators who recently took to the streets to call for greater democracy in their countries. One company taking advantage is Lower Saxony-based Stiebel Eltron.Just in Germany,over 60 thousand heat pumps were sold last year - up a third on the 2007. Heat pumps function even at temperatures of -20 degrees celsius. Our reporter Sascha Quaiser visited the heating specialists at Stiebel Eltron,which reports sales exceeding €400 million annually - more than half abroad. The company employs 3000 people worldwide. Maultaschen heißen in Baden-Württemberg auch Herrgottsbescheißerle. Der Legende nach, haben Mönche die Teigtaschen in der Fastenzeit erfunden und daher Fleischfüllung einfach im Teigmantel versteckt. Hier das Rezept. Zutaten für den Nudelteig: 600g Mehl 5-6 Eier 100ml Wasser 50ml Pflanzenöl Alle Zutaten mit einem Rührgerät oder in der Küchenmaschine zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Aus der Maschine nehmen, luftdicht in Frischhaltefolie einpacken und einige Stunden im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen. Die Teigmasse stellen Sie bestenfalls vor Vortag her. Die Maultaschenfüllung: Natürlich kann man den Teig konventionell, wie im Film gezeigt, mit dem Nudelholz ausrollen. Einfacher geht es mit einer Nudelmaschine. Den Teig in eine ca. 12 cm breite, 1,5 mm dicke Nudelbahn ausrollen. Beim Ausrollen die Nudelbahn immer behutsam mehlen, damit sie nicht kleben bleibt. Die ausgerollte Teigbahn von überschüssigem Mehl befreien und in einem Abstand von ca. 10 cm wallnussgroße Füllung auf den Teig setzen. Dann den Teig mit Eigelb sparsam bestreichen (um die Füllung im Umkreis von etwa 1 cm den Eigelbanstrich aussparen. Teig nun von oben glatt über die Füllung legen und dann von unten. Mit der Handkante die Zwischenräume andrücken und mit einem Messer oder einem Teigrad die Maultaschen trennen. Im siedenden Salzwasser ca. 6 Minuten garen. Zum Schluss die Maultaschen in einer Pfanne mit Butter kurz anbraten, dass die Maultaschen eine goldene Kruste bekommen. Maultaschenfüllung: 1 kg Hackfleisch <b>...</b>

Moderator Hajo Schumacher spricht mit Günter Wallraff über Armut, Arbeit und das Anderssein.Günter Wallraff ist Deutschlands bekanntester Enthüllungs-Journalist. In immer neuen Verkleidungen deckt der heute 67-Jährige Missstände auf. Als türkischer Fremdarbeiter „Ali arbeitete er bei einem Stahlkonzern. Er hielt sich als Obdachloser in Asylunterkünften auf und lies sich als Alkoholiker in eine Psychiatrie einweisen. Sein Buch „Der Aufmacher über den Alltag in Deutschlands größter Boulevard-Zeitung „Bild sorgte ebenfalls für großes Aufsehen. In Norwegen und Schweden wurde sein Name in den Wortschatz aufgenommen als Synonym für „verdecktes ermitteln („wallraffa). Geboren wurde Günter Wallraff 1942 in Burscheid bei Köln. Sein Vater arbeitete am Fließband beim Autokonzern Ford und starb, als Wallraff 16 Jahre alt war. Seine Mutter stammt aus einer südfranzösischen Hugenottenfamilie, die in Köln ein Klaviergeschäft besaß. Nach der Mittleren Reife macht Wallraff eine Buchhändlerlehre. 1963 beruft die Bundeswehr den überzeugten Pazifisten ein. Sein Antrag auf Wehrdienstverweigerung wird abgelehnt. Weil er sich vehement weigert, eine Waffe in die Hand zu nehmen, weist man ihn „zur Beobachtung in ein psychiatrisches Lazarett ein. Nach eingehenden Untersuchungen bescheinigt man ihm eine „abnorme Persönlichkeit und entlässt ihn. Seither macht Wallraff mit immer neuen Undercover-Reportagen auf Missstände in Deutschland aufmerksam. Nach langer Krankheit und einer 20-Jährigen Pause <b>...</b>
