Politics are downplayed in the new ABC drama "Combat Hospital" (Tuesdays, 10:00 pm ET/PT). At least that's what actors Elias Koteas and Michelle Borth tell us. The two star in the medical drama set in Afghanistan - and more than the rigors of war, the two say their challenges were tapping into the character as well as mastering the medical jargon. Elias Koteas isn't exactly a name you would associate with series television. After all his body of work is an impressive list of feature films from "Exotica" to "The Thin Red Line." Yet, he's about to debut in the new ABC drama "Combat Hospital," starring as a wartime physician in 2006 Afghanistan - which is something the actor didn't expect either. Koteas admits that coming to terms with the tight schedules has been an adjustment for him because he's a perfectionist when it comes to creating a character. He prefers to take more time to create his characters, but Koteas (who we spoke with while he was promoting the show with co-star Michelle Borth) tells us in the video below that he has learned to accept that he's given his all to his role as Colonel Xavier Marks, MD CF. Part one of my rant on the pathetic dung heap that is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III(1993) starring Elias Koteas, Paige Turco, Stuart Wilson, Sab Shimono, Vivian Wu, Mark Caso, Matt Hill, Robbie Rist, Brian Tochi, James Murray, Corey Feldman, Jim Raposa, David Fraser, and Tim Kelleher. Directed by Stuart Gillard. Trivia At one point in the movie, one of the turtles refer to Walker (Stuart Wilson) as the "Zorro dude". Wilson later starred in The Mask of Zorro as Zorro's arch-nemesis, Don Rafael Montero. Mark Caso (The performer inside the Leonardo costume), is the only cast to return from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze. Brian Tochi (The voice of Leonardo) and Robbie Rist (The voice of Michaelangelo) are the only actors who appeared in all three live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies. Corey Feldman who appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles makes his return as the voice of Donatello. In the original comics, the Time Scepter is normally associated with and used by Lord Simultaneous and his timestress apprentice Renet. They often encounter Savanti Romero. None of these characters appear in this film. The only live-action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie that doesn't have the Jim Henson's Creature Shop involved with the creature costumes. This explains why the Turtles' and Splinter's appearances in this film are different from the previous two movies.

Donatello's mutation would have gave him to have psychic abilities, but have him wear an optic device because his mutation would cause his vision to deteriorate. Raphael's rage would cause him to mutate into a fearsome creature with claws and spikes jutting from his body. Leonardo would have the ability to mutate his skin into different textures. And Splinter would transform into a creature twice his size that he would have limited control over. However, the third movie was not as successful as hoped and the fourth movie was nixed.
