Keir Gilchrest's character finds a mentor in fellow patient, played by Zach Galifianakis, and he definitely develops a case of crush on the cutting character of Emma Roberts. Apparently, It's Kind of a Funny Story is actually quite funny and meant to be, even as it tackles some serious issues. Emma Roberts dazzled all of us with her recent role in Valentine's Day - in which she starred alongside some of the most famous stars in Hollywood. For her next movie project, she teaming up with Freddie Highmore, who you guys might remember from Charlie and Chocolate Factory, as well as Kristen Stewart's ex-boyfriend Michael Angarano. The movie project is an indie romantic comedy called "Homework." Highmore's character plays a high school student who is anti-homework and starts up a friendship with a girl, played by Emma Roberts, that he's secretly liked for a long time. Michael Angarano plays a guy who already graduated from the high school the other characters attend. Also in the film are Rita Wilson and Elizabeth Reaser. A source spoke out to US Weekly saying QUOTE 'they're both young kids, they had crushes on each other but the relationship ran its course. She isn't and wasn't looking for a serious thing.' So it makes us wonder if Emma will be the first one to move on and if she was the heartbreaker. The one time teen star is blossoming into quite the fashionista, even scoring front row seats to Chanel's most recent presentation at Paris Fashion Week. While Emma is well-known for her chic-status on the red carpet, we are equally as obsessed with her flawless take on casual style. For her everyday attire, Emma keeps things easy and comfortable, without looking sloppy. She is a huge lover of all kinds of ballet flats, skinny jeans and signature shades. E is an excellent example of someone who can dress down and still maintain a high level of flair. A great example of this is a look the movie star recently wore while running some errands in Beverly Hills -- Her floral printed dress in a bright orangey-red color is a great bold, youthful choice and the fact that she accessorized with a simple pair of ballet flats and oversize bag keep the look simple and chic. I'm Dana Ward recapping some of the looks of your fave girls at the People's Choice Awards. First up, Emma Roberts. She chose a black, flouncy strapless mini by Dior that showed her shape but kept it classy. The nude satin pumps were a great pick to lengthen those legs and the color went perfectly with those funky yet elegant stone drop earrings. Emma wore her hair pulled back which put the focus on the fresh makeup, especially playing up her eyes with lashes to sky. Moving on to Nickelodeon's Miranda Cosgrove, she looked like she was ready to celebrate New Year's Eve all over again in her super cute sequened mini-sheeth from Nicole Miller. We also love that the teen queen added a bit of fun edge to her look just by simply painting her nails a dark color. Now we're checking out sister-style stars Aly and AJ Michalka. We have to hand it to these two for their unique looks -- they changed it up by wearing dresses that have long sleeves and very interesting details and embellishments. As usual though, we have to hand it to Aly and AJ for their amazing make-up. They always look so glamorous in this department, but without looking too mature. Love it.
