A small music video of the development of the Lockheed-Martin/BAE F-35 Lightning II. The music is from a popular BF:V mod, Point of Existence (PoE). If it isn't obvious already, I'm obsessed with aviation. *Allow me to help you all out: I used music from Battlefield: Vietnam's mod Point of Existence. I converted the music files that came with the mod to get the tracks for the F-35 video. To the best of my knowledge, I do not know of any website or download server that has them available. I cannot give you the files because I lost them in a recent reformat. At sea -- The Navy and Marine Corps Team made more remarkable naval aviation history as the F-35B Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) test aircraft BF-2 landed safely on USS Wasp's (LHD-1) flight deck, the first at sea vertical landing for the Marine Corps' F-35 JSF version.

F-35B Ship Suitability Testing
The F-35B short takeoff/vertical landing variant completed ship suitability testing aboard the USS WASP (LHD-1) off the coast of Virginia in October 2011. Combined, F-35B test aircraft BF-2 and BF-4 accomplished 72 short takeoffs and 72 vertical landings during the three-week testing period.

F35 Ejector seat trials
BAE Systems has led a fully integrated industry effort to deliver a production standard escape system for the F-35 Lightning II aircraft. The F-35 escape system is used in emergency situations ensuring pilots can eject safely. It will be fitted to all 3000+ F-35 aircraft to be operated by Armed Forces across the globe. The system has been tested to its limits as a full scale front section of the aircraft, complete with ejection seat and mannequin was launched at speeds in excess of 600 mph down a test track putting the escape system through its paces. More than 30 ejection seat tests were completed in the UK, France and the USA.

The US is desperately trying to revive the stalled Middle East peace talks, by enticing Israel to extend its construction moratorium in occupied Palestinian territories.Washington's put 20 stealth fighter jets worth $3 billion on the table - and a pledge to fight any international resolutions against Israel. In exchange, it wants Israel to halt construction in the West Bank for three months, with a US promise not to ask to prolong it further. Dusting Off the F-35 Lightning
Having not flown my F-35 Lightning in quite some time, I decided to get it down and fix the nose gear and fly it one more time. My fix proved not to be permanent as is shown after the landing, so this very well may be the last flight for this plane, unless that is I really dig in and fix it correctly. NiceSky F-35 70mm (Pt 2) Review, possibly best EDF ever!
WOW is how to explain this F-35 70mm EDF! It's made by a relatively unknown company called NiceSky hobby. This model has all the little wonderful things you want when building an EDF from good ducting down to a big battery bay, excellent foam...it's a huge list of good things about his model with very few if any bad. I've built and flown a few EDF's in my time and this one has been the best to date! To be honest I was actually wanting an F-22 but settled on this due to price and the retract provision option, I'm soooo glad I did :) Part 1 is more the open box review with Part 2 showing how she flies, the speed from the HET power system and final thoughts why I like and what makes this model so great. If I see these guys make another jet fighter,I sure as hell will be looking closely at getting it! Thanks again for watching and thanks for your support!
