Each week focuses on a new aspect of martial arts starting with standing and striking and ending with learning grappling and safe submissions from the ground. Along with all the techniques your child will be learning we will play a lot of games to make sure your child has a lot of fun. Our 6-10 year old class starts at 11am and ends at 1pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The 11-15 year old class starts at 11am and ends at 1:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The kids will bring their own lunches. Your child has the option of a 4-day a week program or a 2-day a week program. The 2-day program is either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. This is a great opportunity for your child to have fun, meet new friends and be apart of a great summer program that will teach your kids not only martial art techniques but also the fundamentals of martial arts; courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control, and indomitable spirit.
