Those include violating the Intelligence Identities Protection Act, making false statements, and violating the Espionage Act. This weekend, two top Penn State officials were charged with covering up allegations of an explosive child-sex abuse scandal involving former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky. Penn State athletic director Tim Curley and Vice President for finance and business Gary Schultz were charged of perjury and lying to a grand jury Saturday after a grand jury investigation of Sandusky, who has charged with sexually abusing eight boys over 15 years. Lawyers for all three men have said their clients are innocent. They vacated their positions Sunday after an emergency meeting of the university's Board of Trustees. David Lee Miller reports that Pennsylvania Attorney General Linda Kelly has announced a plea for other victims to come forward.
