Its an oldie but a goodie brought into the digital world and with a few new surprises as you can see here with a new mode called [b]Power Chips[/b]. I'm glad that I bought it, because most arcade games I have gotten and passed and have gotten all the achievements I never play again but with this game you can go on for hours if you aren't doing anything. I recommend it for anyone who likes the old board games and who has family near and far (and also own a 360). Daughter's first time ever playing these games and she loves them.

Hasbro Family Game Night is a video game for the PlayStation 2 and Wii published by Electronic Arts. It is a minigame collection consisting of six Hasbro board games including: Battleship, Boggle, Connect Four, Sorry!, Sorry! Sliders and Yahtzee. The games all have 'advanced' variants exclusive to the Family Game Night package. The minigame collection is hosted by Mr. Potato Head. It was released on November 11th 2008. Hasbro Family Game Night was also released on Xbox LIVE Arcade on March 18th 2009 as a free hub application, with the individual games available at 800 Microsoft Points apiece. In America, the Xbox LIVE Arcade version includes Scrabble along with the previous six games. A disc-based copy of the game is due for release by the end of 2009. A sequel was announced in May 2009. Hasbro Family Game Night 2 was released for the Wii and DS in October 26th 2009. The Wii version will include Operation, Jenga, Bop It, Pictureka and Connect 4x4. Rest in Peace Rick Rypien, You will be forever be remembered. Winnipeg Jets forward Rick Rypien was found dead on Monday in southern Alberta. He was 27. The rugged centre had played parts of six seasons with the Vancouver Canucks before signing with the Jets this summer as a free agent. Alberta RCMP spokesman Sgt. Patrick Webb said police attended a home in Coleman early Monday afternoon after a man was found deceased. Rypien's death isn't considered suspicious and has been deemed a sudden death. "We are deeply saddened to confirm Rick's passing," True North Sports & Entertainment, the company that owns the Jets, said in a news release. "As many people are aware, he had strong ties to True North Sports & Entertainment, the Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, the former Manitoba Moose Hockey Club and the Vancouver Canucks. We would like to express our sincere sympathies to the Rypien family as well as Rick's friends. "We also appreciate all of the support that has come pouring in from Rick's fans. Rick was a talented player with an extremely bright future. His hunger for the game made him a valued team member both on and off the ice. This loss has impacted us as more than just a hockey team." The plot concerns a big game hunter on an island who chooses to hunt humans for sport. The film stars Joel McCrea, Leslie Banks, and King Kong leads Fay Wray and Robert Armstrong, and was made by a team including Ernest B. Schoedsack and Merian C. Cooper, the co-directors of King Kong (1933). Because it was so inexpensive to make, costing only $200000, The Most Dangerous Game made more profit for RKO than the very expensive King Kong did. Famous big game hunter and author Bob Rainsford (Joel McCrea) swims to a small, lush island, the sole survivor of a shipwreck. There, he becomes the guest of Russian Count Zaroff (Leslie Banks), a fellow hunting enthusiast. Zaroff remarks that Bob's misfortune is not uncommon; in fact, four people from the previous sinking are still staying with him: Eve Trowbridge (Fay Wray), her brother Martin (Robert Armstrong), and two sailors. That night, Zaroff introduces Bob to the Trowbridges and reveals his obsession with hunting. During one of his hunts, a Cape buffalo inflicted a head wound on him. He eventually became bored of the sport, to his great consternation, until he discovered "the most dangerous game" on his island. Bob asks if he means tigers, but Zaroff denies it. The movie is based on the short story "Love Lies Bleeding" by playwright John Patrick, using the pseudonym Jack Patrick, and was produced by Hal B. Wallis. The screenplay was written by Robert Rossen and Robert Riskin, who was not credited, and was directed by Lewis Milestone. The film was entered into the 1947 Cannes Film Festival. On a rainy night in 1928 in a Pennsylvania factory town called Iverstown, Martha Ivers (Janis Wilson), a young girl yearning to escape from the guardianship of her wealthy, domineering aunt, is caught trying to run away with her friend, the street-smart, poor Sam Masterson (Darryl Hickman). Martha is taken home. Later that night, Sam comes for her, but hides when her aunt hears Martha's beloved cat wandering on the staircase.
