The 4 track EP won a host of admirers with tunes like 'Sixteen', & 'Idolise'. National airplay quickly followed on Today FM with presenter Alison Curtis describing the lead track 'Sixteen' as "brilliant, one of the best Irish tracks of 2005". 'Sixteen' was released in May '07. The single was recorded at Grouse Lodge studios and mixed at Apollo in Dublin by acclaimed producer Gareth Mannix (Director/Republic Of Loose/Delorentos). 'Sixteen', has long been a live favorite with it's instantly hummable melody and sees lyricist Paul Finn delve deep into the darkest thoughts of his mind's psyche to bring us an infectious indie pop tune of the highest calibre. To coincide the band toured around the country on the 2FM 2moro tour with Giveamanakick and Messiah J and the Expert and the single went top 30 in Ireland. The brilliant self funded video for the single received extensive rotation on Channel 6. The Flaws released the graceful '1981' in July '07. The single taken from the forthcoming debut album 'Achieving Vagueness', which is due for release on 14th September was also recorded at Grouse Lodge and mixed at Apollo by Mannix . Every since I was in middle school, I had a combination of mild acne (occassional breakouts; menustration time, when stressed, didn't wash makeup off, etc.) that caused me to have a major breakout. I, (of course), didn't deal with the acne correctly, and "picked at my face", causing the marks left on my skin. After years of trying to get rid of the scars (fade creams, vitamins, oils, facials, serums, etc.), for a while the reverse actions had took place and they had gotten worse. Yet, thanks to some help of you guys, along with doing actual research about scarring I've been working on my skin, and belive it or not it's actually improving. My ultimate goal is to have clear, beautiful, smooth, even skin by Thanksgiving of this year (2009). So, if you like me, are tired of the insecurities and the pain of acne scarring, or any other uneven skin tone issue come on this journey with me! Give me your advice, your reviews, your struggle stories and your support, and I'll be sure to do the same!! (Upload your videos, and title them "Hyperpigmentation Diary Entry" w/your name.
