I only use this folding technique on stronger knits shirts..and on my pj shirts because they were pretty cheap. As far as wrinkling? I came up with these because I wanted a sawhorse that could be stored easily, folded and unfolded easily and be very sturdy, these definately fit the bill. I work construction and I have a pair of these that are used quite often on the job. They have held up very well for the six months or so they have been in service. They have definately been loaded down. Last week while building a large dock with treated 2x6 decking, there were at least 30 or more 2x6x16's on them and they never complained. I have a few more things to put on Youtube that gohand in hand with these sawhorses. One is a miter saw stand that sits on top of the sawhorses and makes using the saw much easier than other methods. Another is a plywood cutting table that definately helps with ripping plywood.
