A scene I found rather amusing, from the Japanese animation series "Sakigake!! Otokojuku." The protagonist, Momotaro, goes to get revenge on a mean African-American fellow who beat up his pal. The whole comedy value is that the entire feud takes place in Engrish, pretty much. This is a rather obscure series, but, I recommend it to all. Please, Enjoy!

I knew I would forget lots of things to say in this video! Firstly, I forgot to say that when I was finding the photos of nominees, I didn't spend long doing it - so don't judge them by these pictures! They are just there to show who is nominated! Just gloating over the fact I finally got my gaijin card ......no allot of facts but ask me if you want. I have a spouse visa so that means a simple application at my local city hall and a week later... presto a gaijin card or green card back home. Its funny my gaijin card expires two years after my spouse visa.... huh? well that means they are independent in expiration but they both must be valid so pay attention to expiration dates. Don't wait till last minute either the gaijin card must be renewed 30 days prior to expiration. You can not get a bank account or phone or job without a gaijin card and to get a gaijin card you must have a valid visa. My spouse visa lets me work any job I want but like a working visa I still have to inform the government about my changes in companies(work visa only) and residence(any visa). REMEMBER! When you have any visa other than a vacation visa (90 days no questions asked) you most likely have to get a re entry permit if you leave Japan for ANY REASON. I had to to go visit my family wile holding a spouse visa. An I had to get a re entry permit so I did not ruin my spouse visa. If your visa is a long staying one then you can get a multiple re entry permit so you can come and go as you please under the time frame of the visa in question. Currently the re entry permit is 3000 yen for a single use and 6000 yen for a multiple use. Please research your visa and do not take my word as holy or assume anything. Laws change!!! As promised, here is the first 'funny' story I had while studying in Tokyo. Now, this happened to me because I, 1) wasn't paying attention, 2) couldn't read Kanji, 3) am colorblind, and 4) was therefore a 'typical' gaijin (minus the colorblind part). All in all, things like this only make trips more interesting and memorable. Never be afraid to get yourself into an unfamiliar situation, such as getting lost, because otherwise you'll never feel comfortable traveling anywhere, especially abroad. Also, sorry if this video gives you vertigo due to my absolute lack of camera steadiness. I won't lie, it made me feel dizzy just watching it... :D
