APD007 JAZZY MOPE EP Korablove is a new promise from the russian electronic music panorama and Jazzy Mope Ep is a superb demonstration of it. All tracks are a good example of artists capability to transform a simple beat in either funny or serious evolutions, depending on what he wants to transmit. We start with 'Ambidexter' , an efficient and simple track with a fitting and easy to listen motif, hiding a research of small drumbeat changes which transform the whole structure in a perfect mechanism. 'Alka Lomka' seems willing to continue the argument but it flatly differences by the choice of the rhythmics, inclusion of the vocal samples is a dandy choice for pausing and restarting. 'Up And Down' transforms Korablove in an ideal provider of dance floor tracks without ever loosing his beat which by now we deem unmistakable. 'Mope', the masterpiece capable of taking us far, far away; the landscape turns sad, the atmosphere wraps us up in a unique journey . The Gennaro Mastrantonio's remix shifts the melodic base in profound breath giving you the possibility to impress your listeners even in a stiffest soirèe, supplying a stronger version but mental at the same time.
