Diplômé de l'Université de Charia, Saad El Ghamidi a obtenu le diplôme d'études religieuses (Oussoul Din). Il a pu achever l'apprentissage du coran en 1990 et devenir un grand récitateur. En 1985, Saad El Ghamidi a décidé de mener une carrière de chanteur religieux (Monchid) en rencontrant un grand succès avec ses différents morceaux comme : "Malakna Hadihi Donya Qorounan" et "Gharbane". Saad El Ghamidi a été imam durant les prières de Tarawih dans la sainte mosquée. Il a enregistré un disque qui a connu un franc succès.

Ghamidi- Is Hadith conjecture?

There are stark misconceptions amoung those who have a skeptical view of historical tradition. They say that the historical tradition in itself is an uncertain enterprize. The fact of the matter is that both Quran and Hadith can be termed as Historical tradition and there is no reason we can pick one and reject the other. The maximum we can do is to understand the less certain tradition [The Hadith] in the light of the more certain tradition [The Quran]. From a logical standpoint, rejecting one part of tradition in totality and accepting the other in totality is in itself a contradiction. There can be a difference between "qaul e rasool" and "hasees e rasool". There can not be 100% certitude for even a saee hadith to be termed as "qaul e rasool". This is because it has reached us by means of fallible individuals. We therefore depend on the research of muhaditen and accept a statements as prophetic statement. But we can not add anything new to the content of Deen by means of this acceptance. This is due to the nature of difference between the transmission of Quran and Sunnah as primary sources on the one hand and Hadith as a secondary source on the other. The ambit of hadith is that it explains The Deen that is enclosed in Quran and Sunnah. It can not add anything new that is otherwise not given to us by Prophet pbuh either through Quran or Sunnah. Programme "Deen o Danish" (10-01-2010) --------------------------------------------------------------------- 73 Sects Question: I read a Hadīth about the Ummah of the Prophet (sws) being divided into 73 sects, and that only one will go to heaven. I wanted to know the definition of a sect, and the one which is on the right, and why? Answer: By collecting and analyzing all the texts of the Hadīth you have referred to, the picture which emerges ist: i) The prediction stated in these Āhadīth pertain to the period just after the Prophet (sws), and relates to events within the land of Arabia. Such Āhadīth are meant to put Muslims on guard, and are also a means to substantiate the Prophethood of Muhammad (sws) for people of his times. ii) The number 73 is not been used here in its literal sense. It is used here figuratively to emphasize a point. Such a usage has examples in every language. For example we say: If Ahmad has faltered three times you will falter four times. This does not mean that we are counting the number of times some one is going to falter. It only means that we are warning our addressee that he will falter more than Ahmad and therefore he should be very careful. iii) The word firqah here does not imply a religious sect. It means the various political factions and groups which do not submit to the authority of the state and create anarchy in the society. iv) These Āhadīth also direct Muslims to remain attached to the al-jamāah , when such a time of anarchy comes <b>...</b>
