Workout for your glutes


Janddfitness.com Today's video provides yet another great workout for your glutes. One of the pros of this exercise is the simplicity of the movement. In this particular exercise we're using a mini-band. I'm wrapping it around my knees and performing forward and reverse walks. I'm flexed at the hip, knees, and ankles, in my athletic stance. The mini-bands provide just enough load to keep my glute medius firing. This is a good exercise you can use as "movement prep" drill prior to squatting or lunging. This can also be part of a dynamic warm up. Mini-bands are an inexpensive piece of equipment that can use in various ways.
