A short, but sweet mix about the Phi Slamma Jamma at University of Houston. Phi slamma Jamma was the nickname given to the university of houston players from 1982 to 1984. This team was coached by the legendary Guy V. Lewis. They were especially known for their slam dunking skills and getting the ball to the basket in a hurry. The name was coined by Tommy Bonk, a writer for the Houston Post newspaper. However, they were also notable for their poor free throw shooting. The team included Benny Anders, Clyde Drexler, Eric dickens, Bryan Williams, Derek Giles, Gary Orsak, David Bunce, Dan Bunce, Renaldo Thomas, Alvin Franklin, Reid Gettys, Larry Micheaux, Michael Young, Dave Rose, Hakeem Olajuwon, and Rob Williams Song is Luchini by Camp Lo.
