Two more laps to go, and she was far from slow, she was fighting for the win. It'd been a long, hard race. In this sandy episode of NSMBW, we finally venture into the dry, vast, and sandy desert that is World 2! We get the most power-ups ever so far from the mushroom house (but not all of them!), and complete the first two levels! 2-1 We jump on the sand geysers spewing up from nowhere as we dodge the indomititable Pirahnna Plants, and the Boomerang Bro. We get the dastardly third Star Coin with the Para Troopa, and continue jumping on the uneventful platforms! 2-2 As we explore tu-tu, we find ourselves among dozens of green mutant mohawk fat goombas that throw spikes at us! Dispatching each and every one of them, we sink into the sand pillar to find a secret underground cavern. In contrast, we find a vine to take us into the sky! But most importantly, in the secret pipe of shrouded enigmas, we get a new powerup: the Mini Mushroom!!!!!!!!!! With this we can walk on water, sound like helium amass, jump farther, and do and take little damage! While avoiding a Jesus joke and dying three times, we finally complete the level! I got this idea from the endless "Naruto Idol" videos I usually see. So, instead of using an anime, I used my favorite Wii game. Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility. I spent quite a long time making this, and worked really hard. I recorded this using a Alesis 8 Track USB mixer. There is a SM57Beta on the ride cymbal a SM57 on the hi-hats and two cheap mics on the splashes and left side crash cymbals. I used a inexpensive DBX noise gate / compression unit to try and even out the cymbals. As I get about halfway through the song, my headphones start to slide off my head, so I have to play while I try to adjust them. I used a logitech webcam for the video. This is my first video of my playing in almost two years. This is take #4.
