Het Utrechts Morris Team performing the Fool's Jig, a dance from the tradition of Bampton. Shot in Utrecht, at the national Railroad Museum (Spoorwegmuseum), during the Christmas Holidays event "Winter Station". Utrecht MM danced on several occasions - this was on December 28th 2008. The Fool's Jig is a dance traditionally danced by the fool of a morris side, but fool Henning Koefoed has learned the trick to the younger (and more agile!) dancer Maarten de Reus! Mik Lammers is on the melodeon ("trekzak" or "(trek)harmonica" in Dutch - Kees Mook on the violin in the background. Video shot by Floris Jan van Hall.

Instead we had on and off rain..with lots of wind..making me cold and fishing tough for me and everyone else..With the wind making the water all chopy every now and then it was hard to see the water and my jig.
