Jordy Nelson GB Packers Receiver Called Good Receiver Despite Being White

The NFL website had an interesting article about Jordy Nelson and how being white actually plays to his advantage in that black cornerbacks think white receivers suck, think they are slow, can't cut, etc. Jordy himself agrees with this and Donald Driver was quoted as saying guys need to take him seriously and something to the affect of he's a good receiver despite being white. Is this okay? Jordy Nelson agrees and it's actually a compliment to Jordy but at the same time it's kind of a diss to every white reciever in the NFL as well as I suppose to every white player. What if in an office environment since whites make up a larger percentage than blacks a boss said "Hey Steve use Tyrone on this project, he's actually a bright guy not like the rest of these affirmative action cases we have around here." That would not be acceptable so why is it acceptable to have this Jordy Nelson good despite being white discussion. I agree its true most white receivers are slow, play more like tight ends, etc but none the less it is a stereotype in the same way the office example. Just curious waht your thoguhts are on this?
