
Juarez, Mexico is currently one of the world's most dangerous places. This 4-minute video report for Round 2 of the YouTube and Pulitzer Center "Project: Report" challenge takes a look at how Mexico's current war on cartels is affecting the lives of Juarez residents and the country as a whole. ---------------- BREAKING: Armando Rodriguez, crime reporter for the El Diario newspaper in Juarez, Mexico, was assassinated yesterday, November 13, 2008, in front of his daughter while preparing to take her to school. He leaves behind a wife and three children. He was 40 years old. In the wake of Armando's death, another prominent journalist in Juarez, Jorge Luis Aguirre, received a death threat.
