Episode Summary Lex Luthor searches for the remains of Brainiac in distant space using the Secret Society. What awaits them in the far reaches of space? And how will Grodd attempt to retake control of the Society? The Society look on as Lex works on some new experiment to recover Brainiac. Tala goes in and looks on as Lex's experiment fails yet again. Tala asserts transmutation is necessary and Lex reluctantly agrees. Tala casts a spell and shows Brainiac the point at which Brainiac was previously defeated (in "Twilight"). Tala can't maintain the psychic connection but there's enough for Lex to determine where the explosion's coordinates occurred. He dismisses Tala's concerns and works to regain the power of Brainiac. Later, the Legion goes to work to carry out Lex's plan to rebuild the headquarters. Lex then addresses the assembled villains of the Secret Society and promises them ultimate power. Some of the villains are skeptical but Lex activates a remote-control attack on Goldface to demonstrate his power over them all. He then activates the base's engines and the Legion HQ lifts off into space and then enters hyperspace. Grodd realizes something is up and Tala comes in to offer him freedom in return for his love. Toyman navigates the ship toward Lex's destination when Grodd breaks into the command center with his villains gathered behind him. Grodd opens fire and Lex makes a run for it, and is saved when Bizarro knocks him aside. The villains choose sides as combat <b>...</b>

Episode Summary Darkseid is back from the grave and has revenge on his mind with Superman as his target. Darkseid brings the armies of Apokolips to destroy the Earth and all of Earth's super-powered meet the attack. The end looks bleak but the world's salvation comes from an unexpected act of heroism. The Justice League confront the villains and Lex explains how they escaped Darkseid's attack and then knocked out Lightray of New Genesis to return to Earth. Superman is reluctant to accept the villains' help but they're interrupted when Darkseid launches simultaneous attacks across the globe via Boom Tube. The Justice League mobilizes and the villains insist on helping out. Superman agrees but Lex warns it'll be back to business-as-usual after they thwart Darkseid. Superman is beamed to Darkseid's flagship over Metropolis while the parademons launch their attack. Heroes and villains alike repel the invasion force across the globe while Superman, Batman, and Lex Luthor appear in Metropolis via teleporter. They easily dispatch the first wave of parademons and Darkseid descends to make his entrance and vows to crush Superman. Lex attacks Darkseid first to gain revenge for Darkseid destroying Brainiac, but Darkseid casually throws him off the building and Batman manages to rescue him. Darkseid grabs the Daily Planet globe and begins the fight, sending Superman plunging down through the floors. This was created in the mid -1990's and was probably the only episode of it ever made. From what I have read it only aired in the UK and not USA, and was canned shortly afterwards NO Batman, superman and others ARE NOT in it they would have probably died of embarrassment if they were . Warner Bros. Pictures president, Jeff Robinov recently answered a few questions about some of your favorite DC Comics and what plans he has for their film adaptations, re-boots, and the like. First thing on his list, finally making the Justice League! The project was close to going into production a few years back but got halted as a result of the writer's guild, and tax issues in Australia and mounting concerns about it competing with Nolan's Batman. Well all that has come and past, and Robinov is ready to get crackin on a script which is supposedly already in the works. Also in the works, screenplays for Flash and Wonder Woman as potential Justice League spin-offs. When asked about a possible conflict with the 'Wonder Woman' television pilot for NBC, Robinov explained, "Wonder Woman could be a film as well, the same way that 'Superman Returns' came out while 'Smallville' was on."Good plan! As for Batman, the pres said that will have to be a discussion with Chris Nolan and his wife Emma who run Gotham city films -- because once the third bat flick hits theaters, he says it'll be time to start talking about ways to re-invent out favorite caped crusader!
