Found this song in a box of demo tapes I had from my days as an assistant at a Sacramento based R&B record label. I guess they got their song played on the radio and sent us a recording of the entire segment as a demo! Thought these guys would go on and make something happen but never heard of them again after Jay decided not to sign them. Don't know if this song was ever even pressed to vinyl. Last I heard, the singer hosted a music video show on the local cable access channel back in 1990. Got some interesting demos in this box from a few bands from Sacramento at that time. More later....
