Kornél Saláta (FC Artmedia Petržalka)
Kornel Sálata (born January 24, 1985) is a Slovakian professional footballer currently playing for FC Artmedia Petržalka. His career began in Štúrovo in the third league. In 2005 he changed to FK Matador Púchov before leaving for FK Dukla Banská Bystrica. After a year he moved to Artmedia Petržalka, and in 2008 the team won both the Slovak Superliga championship and the Slovak Cup.

Bartók: Three Hungarian Folksongs from the Csík District Sz. 35a Kornél Zempléni, piano Recorded in 1966 Pictures: Scenes from the Csík District Kornél Zempléni was born in Debrecen (Hungary) in 1922. He attended the piano section of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Budapest 1940-1946, under Ernõ Dohnányi and Béla Böszörményi-Nagy. He is connected to Franz Liszt through his line of teachers. After graduation Kornél Zempléni taught at the National Higher Musical Institution (Nemzeti Zenede) in Budapst from 1947 to 1967, and in turn taught piano at the Bartók Béla Zenemûvészeti Szakiskola (Specialised Musical Highschool), followed by the Liszt Ferenc Music Higher School, where he was leader of section from 1964 to 1981 and university lecturer (own cathedra) from 1983 to 1989. From 1984 he was teacher at the University of Arts, Osaka, Japan. Kornél Zempléni gave concerts in Europe and overseas. His performances featured Bach, Mozart, Debussy, Kodaly and Béla Bartók compositions. He made many recordings, mostly works of B. Bartók (including his 1st piano concerto, under the baton of Ferencsik, in the 1960's in a church in Budapest) and other Hungarian composers, but also some JS Bach's keyboard works. Most of his recordings were done for Hungaroton.

Zoltan Orosz inherited the love of the accordion from his father, who early noticed the outstanding talent of his son. Zoltan was four years old when he got his first 8 bass accordion. In 1977, when he was only 11 years old, he started his studies at the Bela Bartok music conservatory in Budapest. There, he mastered playing not only the accordion but the organ as well. He was then enrolled at the Academy of Weimar, at the accordion specialty. He then won 3 years in a row, in 1998, 1999, 2000 the Hungarian National Accordion Championships in adult category. Zoltan has performed in numerous CD and DVD recordings, details can be found at his website (www.harmonika.hu). Zoltan is a returning artist of the Singapore and Siberia festivals and has performed in numerous cities of the world. In March 2000 he has received the very prestigious eMeRTon award from Radio Hungary. With singer Attila Bardoczy they entered a chanson competition in Paris and won the award for „Best Foreign Performers. He has also been recognized with the Hungarian Artisjus Award in 2008.
