'A Night In Lenasia' - Indian dance duet by Alicja Kaczorek & Marta Krzemień-Ojak
Music: Deepak Ram, choreography and dance: Marta Krzemień-Ojak & Alicja Kaczorek (soloists of the 'Nataraja Dance Theatre' / 'Teatr Tańca Nataraja' based in Warsaw). Multiplicy of cultures, colours, languages may appear as a chaos, but when one examines it more carefully, one begins to notice the harmony, geometry. In our opinion it is also so with India -- the great country with diversed landscapes, languages, religions, culture... India has made the diversity it's strong point. Unity in diversity... Deepak Ram's composition was meant to show in a creative way the harmony and geometry that characterises bharatanatyam style as well as India.
