Going to the Darkside with a KUMHO RF on a GL1800 Goldwing
This video shows a 195/55-16 KUMHO RF tire mounted on a GL1800. Due to the wide angle of the video camera, the tire looks more rounded than it is. The bike 2 up handles better than it ever did with a M/C tire, solo is also excellent, but you can feel a little difference. Ride improvements include higher milage, riding in the rain, steel grated bridges, painted lines, better stability, and a feeling of never ending traction, and its RUN FLAT! The only downfall so far is a slightly harder ride. Despite cranking the bike over as far as it goes, the tire does not feather to the edge, it stops about 1/8 of an inch away. I am running the tire at 32 PSI. As many people will tell you, your results may vary. DISCLAIMER - Car tires are made for cars not motorcycles. Use at your own risk.

Tasmania Drift Series 2011 Rd.3 - Team Kumho 1 and 2 at Symmons Plains Raceway
Its the half way point of the Tasmania Drift Series for 2011 and we head to Symmons Plains Raceway for round 3. The local V8 Supercar stomping ground is a small tight section of track with a 3rd gear entry providing plenty of entertainment for the fans. Team Kumho drivers Michael Truscott(S13) and Tim Plumbridge(180sx) drove amazingly all day to take out the top two steps of the podium in a great display of tandem drifting. Josh Priseman in the SPG Onevia taking 3rd run on the step with very consistent driving providing the closest battles of the day. With the win Michael now sits atop of the championship series, with a small points lead over the Falken sensation lloyd Smith who suffered gearbox issues earlier the day. Muchly anticipated round 4 heads to Baskerville Raceway in september with nothing in it between the top 5 drivers.
