
The 33rd release on Movement Recordings finds one of the label bosses back at the helm for a new single. www.beatport.com Stage Van H founded Movement Productions along with frequent studio partner DJ Tash in 2005 and the Movement Recordings imprint was born shortly thereafter. 'Kymata' is Stage's newest solo production and it comes with remixes from: Dr.K & Nii vs Shiha, Enormous Dee and Josh Abrams. As the 'Kymata' original begins we're graced with a tough kick and some heavily processed sweeps. This leads to the introduction of a playful and incredible catchy set of stabs. A massive rolling bassline soon drops and with the addition of some crisp melodic accents 'Kymata' is rocking. It's a wonderful summery sounding piece that should go down in a storm on most main room floors. The Egyptian production team Dr.K & Nii vs Shiha provide the first remix. This trio has gone for a trancier interpretation that has a brilliant tough and crunchy sound. The lead line has been processed with an incredible gleam and the musicality is second to none. Some big room sensibilities build in the break down for what turns out to be a wondrous melodic finale. Movement Recordings resident and Greece based producer Dimitris Panagiotidis aka Enormous Dee follows on from his massive 3 track 'Log Out' EP released in April with a stellar remix here.
