Ros-Lehtinen Resets Obama Foreign Policy

To her fans, she's a dogged defender of democracy. But to her foes, she's a 'ferocious she-wolf.' The New Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, has spent the first three months of her term resetting President Obama's multilateral foreign policy and taking a tough stance against the United Nations. But critics say her support for human rights depends on who her friends are—supporting the 2002 coup in Venezuela and the 2009 coup in Honduras, lobbying for two convicted Cuban-American terrorists and giving Israel a free pass in Gaza—while simultaneously denouncing China, Russia and Iran as President Obama tries to forge ties.
