Well, history has proven that it's only a matter of time before pop stars get themselves into historic messes. This one is no different. The latest to come out of the Hollywood rumor mill is that Justin Bieber has fathered a baby with a fan he invited backstage during one of his concerts last year in Los Angeles. **THIS IS NOT MY VIDEO** At this point, if Justin Bieber isn't the father of Mariah Yeater's three-month old baby, she's going to have a lot of explaining to do. She laid out a pretty detailed sketch of what went down the night she says she was impregnated on 'The Insider' (Weeknights, 4PM ET, Syndicated). Specifically, she talked about how his demeanor changed after he got her alone in what turned out to be a bathroom. Whereas before he was talking about how he wanted to make love to her and be alone with her, now he was using much coarser language. It's a little unusual that he would be so aggressive if their encounter was, as she indicated, his first time. She also said he refused her request to wear a condom, which paints a very different picture of the wholesome superstar the public knows. Bieber has indicated he'll take a paternity test to prove the child is not his. The question remains whether or not this will tarnish his image, regardless of the outcome. It would seem likely that if she is proven to have made these claims up, he might come out all right in this. As for Yeater, though, if she's putting this much work into detailing a story that can be so easily proven wrong, one has to wonder what her motivation is for doing so is should her claims turn out to be false.

The 20-year-old, who gave birth to son Tristyn four months ago, has apparently had a change of heart after filing legal action against the Canadian singer two weeks ago. She reportedly sent a friend a text message asking him not to comment on who the real father is and when she gets a settlement from Bieber, she'll reward him. In the text, Mariah asks her friend to: "pleeeease ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Tristyn is Robbies Son." If that's not incriminating enough for her, she also added in the text: "Ill kick u when we get paid im trusting you pleeeease." The texts are dated August 16, 2011. The guy in the text shared the info with TMZ and Biebers lawyers proving that Mariah has not only NOT met Bieber, but obviously he's not the baby daddy. Biebs camp has made it really clear that there won't be a settlement and she won't get a single red penny from him. In fact, he'll most likely sue her once this is settled. And the moral of the story? You don't mess with the Biebs!
