'Merchant of Death' arrested in Thailand
US officials are working to extradite a suspected Russian illegal arms dealer arrested in Thailand. Viktor Bout is accused of trying to sell weapons to Colombian rebels. If convicted, he can face up to 15 years in prison. Bout is believed to have been the inspiration for Nicholas Cage's arms smuggling anti-hero in the 2005 film 'Lord of War'.

Russia's Foreign Minister has called a Thai court's decision to extradite the suspected Russian arms baron, Viktor Bout, to the US 'political'. Sergey Lavrov also said the ruling was made under pressure from, in his words, ''the outside". He added Moscow would seek to bring Bout back to Russia.

Generally, I share the view that FF: T4HoL has an exceedingly balanced system of classes and there are about two jobs that I feel to be useless for combat purposes: Wayfarer and Monk. The former is only good for escaping from battles and the latter is too useless for being so gimmicky. Sure, some classes are more useful than others, but there aren't any besides the two mentioned that you would look at and say, "I'd never even think of using this class." But there's one class that's all too notoriously broken... Yes, Merchant. You get the class fairly early in the game and unlock Finder in addition to the Keeper ability to gem-farm easily. However, it's the last two Merchant skills that can seriously break the game. Ransom and Money Talks. Ransom, after being used once, will null any damage dealt to the Ransom user at the expense of your Gil. I think you lose Gil 10x times the damage amount. If you really want to know, count the change in this recording based on how much my Merchant blocks. The thing is, if you farm a lot of Gil and equip a Ribbon so that certain accidents don't happen, you can say you're immortal. Then there's Money Talks, this one's just as broken as Ransom but in the offence department. Money Talks deals damage equal to 1% of your current Gil, wasting up to 1K Gil per use, iirc. Since Gil-farming methods become available so soon, you can one-shot every enemy in the game assuming you farm for long enough, including all the final and bonus bosses. Here I <b>...</b>

This is a faster way of the buy N' sell exploits. " Merchant of Death ". Not the slow " How much for the planet? " 1.) Have at least 250000 bucks. 2.) Go to a New-U station that loads to a very close Vendor. 3.) Buy 1199 of the cheapest healing kit. 4.) KEEP TRACK of how many items you've sold. Don't wanna accidentally go over the 1200 mark... 5.) If you have a good rhythm from buying to selling this can be done in minutes. Took me 13 minutes to get to 1199. 6.) After you sell you're last item to hit the 1200 mark hit RB and buy back the Healing kit and/or whatever you last sold. 7.) Get the XP wait a few secs save and exit. Reload. Sell that last item again, buyback... Rinse and repeat. Now I only use this way to level my other chars that I mess around with or to get my girlfriends characters to be near my level. I have not hit level 50 yet. But use it the way you wanna.
