This video falls under fair use. I am not making money off it and the song and clips belong to their rightful owners. After reading so many comments on other videos about how people consider Gambon's Dumbledore to angry and not as sure of himself as Richard Harris's Dumbledore, it got me thinking and I agreed with it. (But I think Gambon is a good actor. His portrayal of Dumbledore made it easier for me to accept Dumbledore's faults seen in later books.) So, in this video Harry and Hermione think about how perfect Dumbledore used to seem to them back in their first and second year and how things drastically changed in their third year. Now, they wonder if they could have seen this coming. Dumbledore also starts to realize that he is losing it. In their second year he saw hints that Harry and Hermione (and Ron) were losing respect for him. And that's when he predicted how things would turn out. (That would explain all that anger in Gambon's Dumbledore. He just wanted them to think of him as their hero.) In the end, Harry and Hermione decide they only have each other (and Ron) to rely on. And Dumbledore realizes that his mind is going along with their views of him as a hero. (Plus, he gets killed in The Half Blood Prince).
