Michael Steele live version with her former band Crash Wisdom probably recorded on 1994. It was included in the Bangles' "Doll Revolution"(2003) LP too. Oh my love you say this is the end I'll tell you it's the hardest thing I've ever had to do my friend But I'll go I'll do what you say But when I walk I will walk away from you And the dark place you came from The hurt you share between the two Run now, hide what you know to be the truth But you know I will walk away And I'll pretendI don't feel something breaking Look at yourself It does no good to cry It's not forever But hey, you think that I'm so strong You think I've got it all Maybe you're wrong... So go I'll do what you say But when I walk I will walk away Hey hey I'll do what you say And I'll pretend I don't feel something breaking

The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office found that the economic stimulus Obama signed into law added -- in the 4th quarter of 2009 -- between 1 million and 2 million employed workers and boosted the GDP between 1.5% to 3.5% higher than it would have been without the stimulus. In addition, a more recent CBO study -- for the second quarter of 2011 -- found that the stimulus raised real GDP between 0.8% and 2.5% and lowered the unemployment rate between 0.5 and 1.6 percentage points, compared with what would have occurred without it. And another analysis, by economists Alan Blinder and Mark Zandi, estimated that the stimulus raised 2010 real GDP by 3.4%, held the unemployment rate about 1.5 percentage points lower, and added nearly 2.7 jobs to US payrolls. Looking solely at quarterly Gross Domestic Product, it's gone from -6.7% in the first quarter of 2009 and -0.7% in the second quarter of '09, to positive territory ever since -- including 2.8% the past quarter. And looking at monthly payroll statistics, the numbers have gone from a loss of 818000 jobs in Jan. 2009 -- when Obama took office -- to 16-straight months of positive job growth, including a preliminary gain of 243000 jobs in Jan. 2012. The one metric that might support Romney's claim that Obama made the economy worse is the unemployment rate. When Obama took office, the unemployment rate stood at 7.8%, and it was 8.3% in his first full month as president. The unemployment rate later rose to a high of 10.0% in ...

His tenure begins effective immediately. Priebus, the Wisconsin state party chairman since 2007, won on the seventh ballot with 97 of the 168 votes. Eighty-five were needed for victory. Second was ex-Michigan state chair Saul Anuzis and third was former Bush campaign official and GOP operative Maria Cino, who was endorsed by new House Speaker John Boehner. The current chairman, Michael Steele, had mounted a surprising and hopeless reelection campaign after November's resounding election victories. But the 24-month tenure of the first African American to head the party of Lincoln was troubled from the get-go with missteps, administrative errors, speaking gaffes, alienation of other established party leaders and, worst in the eyes of party faithful, terrible RNC fundraising efforts that prompted many large donors to give ...

AP: Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele on Thursday dared Democrats to try a one-party push to overhaul the nation's health care system. Steele told reporters that he thinks if Democratic senators think they have the votes, they should try a tactic that would allow them to get around a bill-killing filibuster without the 60 votes usually needed. Steele said he didn't think Democrats would do it because of potential voter backlash. "Get it to the floor. Up or down, baby," Steele said at a news conference at the state GOP headquarters. "You want it done, pass the bill. But they know it's poisonious and they know the American people will not tolerate it."

Michael Steele and Vicki Peterson of the Bangles performed both at the Sandy Denny Tribute Concert in Brooklyn, NY at the November 21st, 1998. This is the Sandy Denny song The Banks Of The Nile, a british traditional, performed by Michael Steele of the Bangles, probably one of the most underrated artists of her generation, and a kind, warmhearted person to boot. If you like this, watch my Between The Two video and I'm Not Talking, too. No matter how hard Debbi Peterson, Susanna Hoffs, and especially Vicki Peterson try to wipe out Michael Steele's credentials and revision the Bangles history, she won't be forgotten. Lyrics: Oh hark! the drums do beat, my love, no longer can we stay. The bugle-horns are sounding clear, and we must march away. We're ordered down to portsmouth, and it's many is the weary mile. To join the british army on the banks of the nile. Oh willie, dearest willie, don't leave me here to mourn, Don't make me curse and rue the day that ever I was born. For the parting of our love would be like parting with my life. So stay at home, my dearest love, and I will be your wife. Oh my nancy, dearest nancy, sure that will never do. The government has ordered, and we are bound to go. The government has ordered, and the queen she gives command. And I am bound on oath, my love, to serve in a foreign land. Oh, but I'll cut off my yellow hair, and I'll go along with you. I'll dress myself in uniform, and I'll see egypt too. I'll march beneath your banner while ...
