I don't measure using units, only eye. 1 Really big spoon 5 Fresh chili peppers 5 dried chili peppers Garlic half spoon of Shrimp Paste Smash Add papaya lots of sliced tomatoes 1 spoon of sugar half spoon of MSG 1 lime or lemon 3-4 spoons of Fish sauce Smash and fix to taste preference This was actually made to show my cousin how I Made my Lao Papaya Salad. Made some fried eggs and fried rice to eat along with it. It was delicious in the beginning but the ending was a different story haha
