NYC - Wall Street, NYSE, Dubliner, etc

Wall Street is a street in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It is the first permanent home of the New York Stock Exchange, the world's largest stock exchange by market capitalization of its listed companies. Over time, Wall Street became the name of the surrounding geographic neighborhood and also shorthand (or a metonym) for the "influential financial interests" of the American financial industry, which is centered in the New York City area. Anchored by Wall Street, New York City vies with the City of London to be the financial capital of the world. Several major US stock and other exchanges remain headquartered on Wall Street and in the Financial District, including the NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, NYMEX, NYBOT and the investment bank Deutsche Bank. Stone Street is a street in Manhattan's Financial District. It originally ran from Broadway to Hanover Square, but was divided into two sections by the construction of the Goldman Sachs building at 85 Broad Street in the 1980s. Today the cluster of historic buildings along Stone, South William, Pearl Streets and Coenties Alley form the Stone Street Historic District.

The NYSE.com Take Down Turned Out To Be COINTELPRO As Discussed

LINKS AND ARTICLE BELOW: 21stcenturysamizdat.wordpress.com With a grand, ominous orchestral flourish and choir singing in Latin, redolent of an apocalyptic Hollywood thriller, the computerized and odd intonation begins: Citizens of the World, We are Anonymous. For too long, the crimes of Wall Street bankers, CEOs, and a corrupt political system have created economic injustices that has gone unchallenged. A new civil rights movement has begun... On October 10, NYSE shall be erased from the Internet. On October 10, expect a day that will never, ever be forgotten... Except that this 'we' is not Anonymous as you know it. On October 3rd this video was posted to exhort the multitude of hacktivists loosely identifying themselves as Anonymous to "Invade Wall Street", by coordinating distributed-denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks on the New York Stock Exchange, in supposed communion with the rest of the fledgling #occupywallstreet movement. Naturally, it has its own Twitter hashtag. It's strange that Anonymous would be actively encouraging its kin to use a tactic -- DDoS -- that has clearly shown to be an extremely high risk to those who employ it. So, what to make of #InvadeWallStreet? Those watching Anonymous closely, especially since the heady days of Operation Payback in late 2010, would argue that cooler heads (ie seasoned hackers as opposed to script kiddies) tend to reject the idea of taking down a website with software that allows law enforcement to find your physical ...

Stock Market Basics: How the New York Stock Exchange Works - Tutorial Cartoon (1952)

1952 thefilmarchived.blogspot.com A stock market or equity market is a public (a loose network of economic transactions, not a physical facility or discrete entity) for the trading of company stock (shares) and derivatives at an agreed price; these are securities listed on a stock exchange as well as those only traded privately. The size of the world stock market was estimated at about $36.6 trillion at the start of October 2008. The total world derivatives market has been estimated at about $791 trillion face or nominal value, 11 times the size of the entire world economy. The value of the derivatives market, because it is stated in terms of notional values, cannot be directly compared to a stock or a fixed income security, which traditionally refers to an actual value. Moreover, the vast majority of derivatives 'cancel' each other out (ie, a derivative 'bet' on an event occurring is offset by a comparable derivative 'bet' on the event not occurring). Many such relatively illiquid securities are valued as marked to model, rather than an actual market price. The stocks are listed and traded on stock exchanges which are entities of a corporation or mutual organization specialized in the business of bringing buyers and sellers of the organizations to a listing of stocks and securities together. The largest stock market in the United States, by market cap, is the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE. In Canada, the largest stock market is the Toronto Stock Exchange. Major European ...

He also provided me with a link to use and to spread. 93.17.7.151 The link is provided in the description. I immediately follow this information with an important message.
