Bill Oddie came to wildwood to film his top 10 wildlife frights and delights, and named the dormouse as his number one favourite animal. He is pictured holding one of Wildwood Trust's dormice from our breeding programme. Wildwood's dormouse breeding centre helps breed many dormice every year for reintroduction to woodlands where they have been made extinct.

Bill Oddie visits REGUA, Brazil
As part of the preparation for the World Land Trust's exhibit at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2010, Bill Oddie visited the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil with John Burton, the Trust's CEO, and representatives from two of the Trust's corporate supporters, the Body Shop and Enterprise Plants. They were able to see first hand what the Trust's partner organisation REGUA has achieved in the past few years, in particular the restoration of rainforests and wetlands. This video shows Bill Oddie in Brazil, speaking about the restoration of the area.

She ended up in orchestras and jazz bands at school, writing songs from the age of 13, and won first prize in the Angelic Records 'In Her Own Words' songwriting competition in 2006. She is said to be the next Lily Allen, but claims that she has pushed herself to be more experimental, more grown-up than that. Having recorded some demos with Polydor, she concluded that it was all too cleaned up and big, and she promised never to compromise in terms of style and weirdness again. Together with Jonny Greenfield, James McEwan, Simon Bloor, Stuart Payne and Robert Greenfield, she makes up Rosie Oddie and The Oddsquad. I originally started the project back in January 2011, but due to motivation problems I restarted it a few times, changing the soundtrack as it got overused etc. The fragmovie itself is clean edited, I wanted to highlight as much of Oddie's awesome scope frags as I could, and believe me when I say it was an hard choice :DI left A LOT of demos unused (around 150 demos since September 2010). It features frags from several online and offline competitions, such as AutumnLAN '11, CyberGamer Amateur Ladder, ESH Cups, Vita Nova Preinvite Cups, and many more. I tried not to make it boring, using 3/4 differents genres of music and slightly changing editing style from song to song: Alternative Rock, Rock, Drum'n'Bass, Progressive Trance. The whole soundtrack is downloadable with the movie. I also want to thank these guys who helped me during the making of the project: - Luke (helped me with cameras, Sony Vegas effects and stuff, After Effects, render settings etc. A big thanks to him) - sparK (helped me with plugins, basically hacked them haha:D) - andrez (for letting me use his AutumnLAN '11 clip in the movie) - the whole <b>...</b>
