The Hunter Part V: Partyman
"The Hunter" is a six-part short film, inspired by Richard Stark's 1962 crime novel of the same name. Holden, a young but incredibly effective career criminal, was betrayed by his best friend Val and his girlfriend Lynne on a job gone horribly wrong; locked in the store while the other two escaped, he was picked up by the cops and spent six months in jail. The film begins as he makes his escape, and follows Holden on his unstoppable mission through the underworld to retrieve his cut of the take. "The Hunter" was written, shot, and edited over the course of the last seven months, and was filmed on various locations around the Twin Cities.
