Heroes Phantasia from Namco Bandai blends together the popular Sgt. Frog series with the girls from Read or Die and the "annihilating second bullets" from s-CRY-ed into one PSP game. Altogether, Heroes Phantasia has ten series and over a dozen familiar characters from Darker than Black, Blood+, My-Hime, Slayers Revolution, Sorcerous Stabber Orphen, and Rune Soldier. This Heroes Phantasia trailer starts just like the other videos by introducing all of the game's characters. Then it delves into the Direct Action Shift system, which lets you change your four man party in the middle of battle. Similar to Valkyrie Profile, each button controls a different character. Attacks draw energy from a common pull of action points. By pressing buttons at specific times you can send your characters into Overcharge state, which powers them up for battle. Hit L to do one of the flashy special attacks shown in the beginning of the video.

The first trailer released for the upcoming PSP Tales title, "Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X (Cross)". Dio and Mel are twins and are the main characters of the game. With them is Etos, a fairy from another world. The concept of the Narikiri games is as such: the main characters are given clothes they can change into, and depending on the clothes, they are able to obtain skills and equip certain equipment. Basically, the clothes act as job classes. We now have Albert, a wardrobe-like character, who is in charge of keeping these clothes for the twins. Albert and Dio always seem to end up in a fight with each other. Example clothes in the scan show Dio in a Samurai and a Shinobi clothes and Mel in a Nurse and a Witch clothes. The game will feature around 80 costumes. The game will make use of a new LMBS called "Cross Arts Aerial Linear Motion Battle System". The game is said to include something like a Tales of Phantasia remake, called "Tales of Phantasia: Cross Edition". Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X will be out some time this 2010. No news yet on an English localization.
