Skylanders review part 4. Classic Game Room reviews SKYLANDERS PIRATE SEAS, level 24 in the Skylanders Spyro's Adventure game and part of the Skylanders Pirate Seas Adventure Pack that comes with the Terrafin action figure. Pirate Seas Adventure Pack comes with a well detailed pirate ship that the player sits on to the Portal of Power which activates a new level with Skylanders Spyro's Adventure. A pirate ship suddenly appears at the docks and player replaces pirate ship with a Skylander figure and plays the level! Pirate Seas level is somewhat disappointing compared to the rest of the game and you'll find yourself playing a remake of the Memory card game half the time. Some new items are found and players can upgrade their Skylanders as they crush enemies, etc... Taking a break from Ripto's Rage, I decide to buy some Skylanders. At Gamestop, I bought "Sonic Boom", "Flameslinger", and the "Pirate Seas Adventure Pack" which includes "Terrafin". Anyway, for the upcoming parts in the Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure walkthrough, here's some gameplay I recorded on a different file to not interrupt the walkthrough. And yes, I will do a video of the Pirate Seas Adventure levels. I still need to buy Stealth Elf (life) and Cynder (undead) [or Hex] when they come out. Those are the ones I want to be in the walkthrough.

The most realistic and accurate version of this all-time pirate tune. Forget POTC. The song is subtitled, so you can sing it in your nights at sea! This is from the Roger Wagner Chorale recording of Sea Chantys. Capitol record number P3462 of 1959. Harve Presnell is the soloist. Thanks to IUFTR for the info and sorry for my big mistake. As you will know, the song is based on the lyrics by RL Stevenson's Treasure Island, one of the greatest novels ever written. I think this version captures its essence, and because of it I say it's the most realistic and accurate version (for me). Stevenson is one of my favourite writers. I wrote this song with my friend Paul Judd with the intention of trying to get it into a Pirate movie. The Jackpot Babies is a songwriting partnership with Paul. I recorded the song with Peter Byrchmore from Goldblade and Dan Debrowski drummer of that once great band King Adora. Not only did Pete play guitar, he played bass and on his pirate waltz at the end he played the concertina, the fiddle, harmonica the ukulele some percussion and some backing vocals with Karen Swift on the choruses. I also asked Pete to produce the track as he instinctively knows what sounds i want to create. You may think the song sounds reminiscent of Adam & The Ants, well that was my intention and i think it's nearly there! I used the film Captain Blood to illustrate this song and to showcase how it could look and sound in a potential new pirate movie. keep checking for new songs they all differ and cross genres.
