Pro(s): Sleek design. Con(s): Only one functioning button. Feels cheap. Sounds are quiet. Final Verdict: The only real reason to get this for me at least it to represent what they use in Samurai, the rest is pretty much crap. There is only one button the works and it was the only button that didn't work on the Shodo Phone. The sounds are limited and very quiet, and the ringing before it goes to sleep is annoying and may scare small children. Overall this you feels cheap and the only thing it has going for it is that is looks sleeker than the Shodo Phone, but that's because they removed the most unique feature of the Shodo phone to make the most generic and uninteresting phone morpher ever. Seriously folks go buy yourself a Shodophone! Don't forget February 7th watch Chuck vs. The Seduction Impossible on NBC!

Written Review: ridersrangersandrambles.com I finally found these at Target after a small hunt, actually being much shorter and more reasonable then my hunt for the MMPR figures last year. I wasn't going to get these at first, as I was originally very off put by the SIC like designs BoA had given the Rangers. Besides the rumor that these were molds Bandai was going to use before Saban bought back the franchise and created Samurai, it makes no sense why Bandai would go on a limb and give us non-show-accurate figures in Wave 1 of the series. That STILL bothers me, but I purchased them with an open mind, and I'm honestly glad I did. Keep in mind that I use a lot of Shinkenger terms in the review, as the only American terms we know right now are "Samuraizer" and "Fire Smasher." Honestly, I wasn't expecting to like these figures. I'm a sucker for screen accuracy, and I was originally really turned off by the designs and the figures themselves. Finally owning them, I can safely say that I do actually enjoy them. They come off as a very SIC Kiwami Tamashii like take on the Shinkengers, and I guess I can respect that. The mouth plate still bothers me, but I can ignore them, as they are quite tiny in the first place. I have to respect Bandai for bringing some nicely sculpted, painted, and detailed 3.75" figures to the table, and they are indeed a huge improvement over the MMPR figures in terms of proportions, weapons, and sculpt in general. If you MUST HAVE ACCURACY, then wait and <b>...</b>

Written Review: ridersrangersandrambles.com Bought from Walmart. Also available at Toys R Us. --- Samurai Morpher! Gold Power! Just about as cheesy as "Go Go Samurai!" is. Regardless, the lack of sushi references Antonio brought to the table, or in this case, left in the kitchen forced us to ditch the Sushi Changer for a more fitting Morpher for our new Golden Hero. Bandai's idea of this was to simply repaint the Samuraizer! In this case, they choose to NOT paint the Samuraizer, and add a new sticker. Brilliant marketing. Saban followed suit, giving Antonio a cell phone that, while on the inside replicated the Samuraizer, on the outside, lacked the bump caused by the brush in the Shodo Phone. This caused Antonio's Morpher to be accurate to the American version of the toy. That's about all it has going for it... Overall, unless you're a huge fan of Antonio, or a Morpher completist, I'd avoid this one like the plague. It's the same as the Samuraizer sans the two Sushi Changer sounds, except with virtually no paint applications and a really crappy plastic color. If you have a Samuraizer already, there's virtually no point. If you already own the Sushi Changer, there DEFINITELY is no point, unless you are a Morpher Completist like I am.
