There was also a movie game to he Power Ramgers movie itself. This play like the first SNES one. The Streets of Rage Style bralwer. This featured six rangers. No Zack, Jason or Trini here, but the three who replaced them. Tommy is there also. The Tengus seem to be abscenthere, but there is putties. Putties.. and more putties! Bosses are the villians from the series also. Here is me playing as Tommy anyway. I love how people inthe background just standthere like nothin' happened.

This was on the SNES and it came out around the same time that the Power Rangers were getting very popular. I got a controller now. This has the classic orginal five. Zack, Trini, Jason, Kimberly and Billy. This game is basically like Final Fight or Streets or Range a Typical Beat 'em Up and progess on until you reach the boss. Here I used Zack, my personal favourite of the classic rangers for level one. He also as a snazzy dance move when you are idle from the game. This isn't a bad game, though.

They are on a 0-10 scale with 10 being the best score possible: Story Accuracy to the Movie 6.0 (The first, second and last stage and even the ending related well to the movie. What hurts this score greatly is the fact that three stages only relate to episodes of the TV show episodes.) Music Soundtrack Accuracy to the Movies 2.5 (Every song but arguably the main theme, related only to TV show themes. Too bad as even the movie based stages should have had some songs from the huge soundtrack heard in the film..) Game Difficulty 6.0 (With only 6 stages it is short and to the point but each stage is mostly separated into parts which include zord battles and time limit based goals to have to reach. So its middle of the road as far as difficulty goes. ) Overall Fun 5.5 (Power Ranger fans and even fans of the movie should get a kick out of this game. Its the best of the bunch as far as games related to this film. But to the casual or regular gamer it may not offer enough to keep them into it for long. The game can be beat in <b>...</b>

You wont find much of a challenge here. ) Overall Fun 5.0 (It has its moments. Beating up monsters and transforming into a Power Ranger isnt a bad idea. But there is no substance to the game and it gets old fast. Its middle of the road and really should have related more to the film and had some Zord battles to be truly fun.) I uploaded this on the Power Rangers Facebook awhile back. I've had this idea for awhile now, so I decided to make a short teaser about it. Apparently, people are saying that "GOSEIGER CAN'T BE ADAPTED BECUZ ITZ ANGELZ!!!!!!111." Well, Goseiger is also bland. Aside from good fights, the show's characters are just really cotton candy. Which is good for an adaptation since it can basically be adapted into ANYTHING... ...like video games. In particular, arcade games. I had TRON and Scott Pilgrim on the mind when this happened. When you add stuff to the footage...not so angel-y anymore, huh? Also, the virtual world/grid games aspect of TRON would also give the Rangers an excuse to stay fit to fight, and to touch up on their hand-eye coordination in gaming, an aversion to the "Video Games Will Make You Lazy" thing the guardians keep clamoring about. The video game aspect has plenty of potential for a Power Rangers adaptation. And if you've seen Goseiger under this context, it becomes painfully obvious. I hope the higher ups (Saban Brands) and the production crew take this idea into consideration. Enjoy, you bastards.
