I found a subbed version using captions, uploaded by Kaitoyoiko, but I decided I would like it better if it was hard-subbed. Also, I cleaned the translation a bit. This is my first time typesetting and the subs may be a little off, but I think it turned out ok.

Iron Maiden - The Prisoner (1982)

Live at Hammersmith 1982. Lyrics: I'm on the run, i kill to eat I'm starving now you're dead on your feet Going all the way nature's beast Do what I want and do as I please Run fight to breathe it's tough Now you see me now you don't Break the walls I'm coming out Not a prisoner I'm a free man And my blood is my own now Don't care where the past was I know where I'm going ... out If you kill me it's self defense If I kill you then I call it vengeance Spit in your eye I will defy You'll be afraid when I call out your name Run fight to breathe it's tough Now you see me now you don't Break the walls I'm coming out Not a prisoner I'm a free man And my blood is my own now Don't care where the past was I know where I'm going ... out I'm not a number I'm a free man I'll live my life how I want to You'd better scratch me from your black book Cos I'll run rings round you

The Good Natured aka Sarah McIntosh was lyrical inspired to write the song by Pedro Almodovar's racy film, 'Tie me up, tie me down' she sings in an effort to confront why some lovers have both emotional and physical power over us. The video, plays on the idea of transforming ourselves for someone else, where the main character, McIntosh, in a moment of madness decides to change herself through make-up and ends up turning into a grotesque monsterous character. The video follows us through this transformation through voyeuristic snapshots, where the presence of the camera filming her is constantly acknowledged by her and we come to wonder who is the person filming her? or is this person a figment of her imagination? The video was written and directed by Lorenzo Ricciarelli. Be My Animal/ Prisoner will be available on general release 1st November 2010. The Prisoner TV Show Opening Theme 1967 - 1968

No Man Is Just A Number. A high-ranking but un-named Agent in the British Government resigns from his job/post and leaves for a holiday. While packing he is gassed and is taken to a beautiful but deadly prison known only as "The Village" where people are taken, given a Number to be called by and kept there for the rest of their lives if they don't tell No. 2 (the deputy head of "The Village") the information they are captured for. Escape is nearly impossible as "The Village" has amazing but deadly weapons to use if anybody tries to escape. The Agent is given the title of "No. 6" but he adopts the name of "The Prisoner". The series tells of his attempts to resist the plots of each No. 2 (who is replaced with another if an attempt on No. 6 fails) to get his information and against any attempt to disrupt the nearly peaceful running of the "The Village". The Village is determined to crack The Prisoner by attempting to get the answer to why he resigned from his job/post. As time goes on, two questions plague The Prisoner's mind - How can he escape and who is the real leader of the Village - the mysterious No. 1?. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Harry, Ron & Hermione, now teenagers, return for their third year at Hogwarts, where they are forced to face escaped prisoner, Sirius Black, who poses a great threat to Harry. Harry and his friends spend their third year learning how to handle a half-horse half-eagle Hippogriff, repel shape-shifting Boggarts and master the art of Divination. They also visit the wizarding village of Hogsmeade and the Shrieking Shack, which is considered the most haunted building in Britain. In addition to these new experiences, Harry must overcome the threats of the soul-sucking Dementors, outsmart a dangerous werewolf and finally deal with the truth about Sirius Black and his relationship to Harry and his parents. With his best friends, Harry masters advanced magic, crosses the barriers of time and changes the course of more than one life. Directed by Alfonso Cuaron and based on JK Rowling's third book, this wondrous spellbinder soars with laughs, and the kind of breathless surprise only found in a Harry Potter adventure. The Prisoner TV Show ~ Introduction And Ending

The Prisoner is a 17-episode British television series first broadcast in the UK from 29 September 1967 to 1 February 1968. Starring and co-created by Patrick McGoohan, it combined spy fiction with elements of science fiction, allegory, and psychological drama. The series follows a British former secret agent who is held prisoner in a mysterious seaside village where his captors try to find out why he abruptly resigned from his job. Although sold as a thriller in the mould of McGoohan's previous series, Danger Man (called Secret Agent in its US release), the show's combination of 1960s countercultural themes and surreal setting had a far-reaching effect on science fiction/fantasy programming, and on popular culture in general. A TV miniseries remake aired on the US cable channel AMC 15--17 November 2009. Additionally, Christopher Nolan has been widely reported to be considering a film version. The series follows an unnamed British agent who abruptly resigns his job, and then finds himself held captive in a mysterious seaside "village" that is isolated from the mainland by mountains and sea. The Village is further secured by numerous monitoring systems and security forces, including a mysterious balloon-like device called Rover that captures those who attempt escape. The agent encounters the Village's population, hundreds of people from all walks of life and cultures, all seeming to be tranquilly living out their lives. As they do not use names, they have each been ...

Mariah Carey - Prisoner + Lyrics

Here comes the night No more living in the shadow of your love This is my life You always tried so hard to keep me down But now I'll rise above Those empty lies Stop pretending that my accusations Take you by surprise I've realized Now I'm ending all the secrecy I see through your disguise All the dreams we planned I believed so I held on I understand So when the morning comes You know that I'll be gone You don't think that I'll be strong enough I won't be a prisoner of your love No longer blind I can focus on deception Used to keep me by your side I read your mind Don't believe it's all a mystery There's nothing you can hide It's all defined There's nothing you can tell me now To change the way I feel inside All the dreams we planned I believed so I held on I understand So when the morning comes You know that I'll be gone You don't think that I'll be strong enough I won't be prisoner of your love I'm just not the girl you thought I was I won't be a prisoner of your love

Update: 1/29/01 Video can be viewed worldwide except in Germany. Why "Thriller" ? visit: byronfgarcia.com 1500 plus CPDRC inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu, Philippines at practice! This is not the final routine, and definitely not a punishment! WHY THRILLER? What made me choose Michael Jackson's Thriller for the aerobics routine is that Michael Jackson was a convicted man to the eyes of those who hated him. He would have been in imprisoned had it not been for settlement arrangements, they would say. Still Michael Jackson's frailty as a human being makes him like one of us -- whether one is a prisoner or not. I saw in the lyrics and video of Thriller much of what jail culture is like. Because of the hideous conditions in jails, prisons are like tombs and inmates are like ghoulish creatures. The only difference is that dancers in the MJ Thriller video come with make-up and costumes. The Dancing Inmates come as themselves. People perceived to be evil. The message of the Thriller is a message for all of us. The funk of forty thousand years embedded in the cycle of sin and punishment is a legacy no mere mortal can resist or is capable of resisting. No prison wall can and will stop evil from lurking in the dark. No shackle can stop the beast about to strike. No punitive or brutal treatment is ever too strong to stop creatures crawling in search of blood. Unless we stop breeding demons in jails, gruesome ghouls from every tomb will seal ...

The Prisoner 1967 Best Intro Excerpt - Leo McKern

You can watch "The Chimes of Big Ben" and all "The Prisoner" 1967 TV serie episodes at PrisonerTV.com Of all the seventeen original "The Prisoner" 1967 TV serie, this is what I consider the best intro of all the episodes! This is the intro of "The Prisoner" 2nd episode, "The Chimes of Big Ben", featuring Leo McKern as Number Two. This is is voice in the intro. Leo McKern is doing a great job and it's may be why this one was my favorite, but there's another thing this was the exact same audio excerpt Iron Maiden used in their song..."The Prisoner"! Where am I? In the Village What do you want? Information Whose side are you on? That would be telling . . . We want Information You won't get it By hook or by crook . . . We will Who are you? Montana rises to the top of Florida's crime chain, appropriating Loggia's cokehead mistress (Michelle Pfeiffer) in the process. Howard Hawks' "X Marks the Spot" motif in depicting the story line's many murders is dispensed with in the 1983 Scarface; instead, we are inundated with blood by the bucketful, especially in the now-infamous buzz saw scene. One carry-over from the original Scarface is Tony Montana's incestuous yearnings for his sister Gina (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio).
