I did this two years ago, as well, in case you missed that one: www.youtube.com This year it actually did not hurt my shoulder at all, but I definitely drew blood and took some pain in my knuckle, the one that the front trigger comes back and hits under the extreme recoil if you're not really careful when doing this. That was painful, so the grin at the end is a mix of smile and grimace from the pain. :-) Unlike the last time I did this in October of '09 ( See link), I did not get a firm enough hold on the barrels with my left hand. I was so focused on not missing that I didn't really put the "death grip" on that forearm, which is why it raised up out of my grasp.
