Descanse en Paz .SILVIA RAQUENEL VILLANUEVA FRAUSTRO (1954-2009) Tres sicarios ingresaron al inmueble y con armas AR-15 le dispararon a la abogada MONTERREY, NUEVO LEÓN.- Tres pistoleros irrumpieron en el centro comercial, la Pulga Río, en Monterrey, en donde acribillaron con armas de grueso calibre a la abogada Raquenel Villanueva. Los hechos fueron reportados alrededor del mediodía en el pasillo H, en su cruce con el pasillo principal del centro comercial. Según testigos, tres sicarios ingresaron al inmueble y con armas AR-15 le dispararon a la abogada. Después de consumar el crimen, los pistoleros salieron del lugar por una puerta de acceso que da a la calle Porfirio Díaz, en donde abordaron una camioneta para huir. El lugar se encuentra fuertemente custodiado por elementos de la Policía Federal, así como ministeriales y del Grupo SWAT. Según los mismos locatarios del lugar, confirmaron que la víctima era la abogada y posteriormente la Policía Ministerial lo confirmó. En años anteriores, Villanueva Fraustro fue objeto de al menos cuatro atentados, tres de ellos en Monterrey y uno en la ciudad de México, de los cuales en dos resultó herida con arma de fuego. La litigante nació en Monterrey en 1954 y tenía una hija.
