Digitech RP355 Multi Effect Presets

These are some presets of the RP355. I recorded them direct with speakersimulation through the USB out. I also used just one guitar...didnt talk a lot it is mainly sounds so you get a quick first impression. I will post a few more videos including an instructional part and a looper part and maybe a video with the RP used in front of an amp.

Digitech RP355 test - $80 Chinese Guitar (Based on Stratocaster) - recorded with Cubase

This video jam just started off as a loop when I was stuffing around on this new pedal. I then recorded it again with a generic drum loop (not from the pedal) and then added various guitar tracks using cubase. All guitar sounds are from the pedal. Solo starts at 0:54. I really need to stop buying guitar stuff but I am addicted. Bought this fantastic pedal from Proaudiostar (myworld.ebay.com.au on ebay for $159US. It has an inbuilt looper, wah and full whammy. Crap skillz. Just switching through a few custom presets/patches I did on my RP355. RP355 is direct into a set of multimedia speakers, no amp involved. Mainly used my JCM900 + TS808 patch, 65 Twin Reverb + Sparkle Drive patch, and I think a Digitech Metal amp sim (either Vint412 cab or Big412 sim). Original Soft Country Piece. Solo at 0:34. Using Squier Standard Stratocaster, Amplitube 3 and the brilliant acoustic simulation with the Digitech RP355. Improvised Rock Jam - David Gilmour Preset - Digitech RP355 - Godin Guitar

"Clean" lead at 1:17, "soaring" lead at 2:08. I re-recorded my guitar parts using the much neglected Godin Freeway Floyd. All other bits of the track were recorded live with my "geriatric" friends about 6 weeks ago. We had no idea what we were doing (as you can probably hear) but a powerful synth can really spur you on. Quality is good as we all went directly into cubase.

Blues/Rock Riffing Courtesy of RP 355 Multi Effects Processor

My attempt at multi track mixing and recording in the heavy blues/rock music genre. That's me on lead, rhythm and bass duties (I don't have a bass, I just used my guitar and pitch shifted the sound down an octave through the effects processor). Yeah, I cheated and looped some of the bass and rhythm tracks, but the lead is one unbroken take. I screw up in a few places, but it was 1 am and my finger tips were shredded from playing with the RP355 for about six hours straight. Thanks for watching, hope you enjoy and keep on rocking...

Testing Cuebase/ Digitech RP355 Pink Floyd Jam

I used a backing track named country floyd. Does not sound too much like country to me more like something from Dark Side of the moon. I added multiple tracks including slide, lead guitar and a few rhythm tracks.including all harmonics . I am a big Floyd fan, Gilmour is great. All guitar tones produced with a DIgitech RP355, Used Cuebase LE4 to produce the Multi tracks.

Squier Deluxe Hot Rails Stratocaster vs Standard Series Strat - Test - Digitech RP355

Comparing sounds of my new Squier Deluxe Hot Rails Strat and Squier Standard Series Stratocaster. Using Digitech RP355 directly into computer USB and recording using cubase. Deluxe strat is first. Same 3 patch settings for each guitar. 1. Cleanish 2. Slightly Dirty 3. Dirty Stack I love them both. The hot rails are smooth but the single coils have a ton of character.

Hot Rails Heavy Metal Test & Demo - Squier Deluxe Stratocaster - Amplitube & Digitech RP355

Solo at 1:16. I'm not a heavy metal guy but I have had so many questions about whether hot rails pickups can do metal that I thought I would give it a crack. I hope to demonstrate how versatile this truly amazing guitar is. It even stays in tune. I have used ampltiube 2 for the solo and digitech RP355 for the metal chugging tone. I got the inspiration from a favourite movie of mine. I apologise to all those who are used to the mellow stuff.
