It's a live run that I did without any restarts (mainly because you can't save replays of practice runs in EoSD) so the run is a bit crappy and it's not really showing off any specific feat. I made this video for a few reasons though. First, Remilia's fight is awesome. It's heart-pumping, and it's pretty much the definition of the epic final fight. Secondly, I've had requests to do this stage and even to do it pacifist which I wanted to talk about, and third because I've seen a bunch of talk about people playing Remilia lately. Hope you enjoy!

Let me first begin with how smexy this game is... OwO Anyways... you play as Reimu. Your main weapon, you guessed it, a whip. Reimu can swing the whip. Reimu can jump. Reimu can slide. She can fly too. Well it's more like levitate but yea... She can fire red talismans while flying and from what I noticed, you don't have a limit to flight. Her special attack is also a summon for Marisa to come out and shoot stars. Disappointed in the lack of variety for the special weapons though... Can i get like Binding Circle, Fantasy Seals, or needles? D: The demo was only one stage but it's challenging. Partly because it's hard to see anything with how zoomed in the game is and the damage they do in comparison to how much health you have is high. An axe can take a good portion of your health down. First time playing through, I accidentally jumped into those spikes when you first see them. Well, instant death spikes in my Touhouvania!? DX Those are the only things that bugged me about this... Oh wait... either Sakuya or Reimu when she is standing has a ginormous hitbox. I kept getting hit even when Sakuya was only near me and she didn't touch me... I think it's Reimu with the giant hitbox... Remilia Scarlet (a name worthy for a vampire) is the Final Boss of the game Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, the 6th installment of the Touhou Project. The Touhou Project is a series of danmaku shooter where epic beings of legends fight against divine judgment in a battle of good and evil for control of Paradise. The creator of this paradisaical world, a man known by the name of ZUN, put his heart and soul into these games in order to create a danmaku game of the highest caliber. One sip of this world and you'll be forever drawn into it. A little more than a year ago, I was surfing through a small forum I'm a member of, when I saw that in the game section a user posted a topic called "Touhou." I never heard of it and to be honest wasn't very impressed. At first I didn't knew what it was all about. I was interested, but couldn't be bothered to find more about the subject. The game is an action game with heavy focus on combos and teamwork. That's why I'm getting massacred here. The original games, the Touhou Project, are made by one sole man, ZUN. This right here is probably the second hardest bosses in the game. Unlike the immortals, who were fighting among themselves, and the ghosts, which didn't fight you at the same time, Remilia and Flandre are working as a team to take you down. Their main tactic consists of Flandre trying to overwhelm you with sheer power while Remilia tries to elegantly hit you as soon as you take your eyes off her to deal with Flan. For this reason, the rule of thumbs in this fight is dealing with Remilia. Flandre's attack are powerful and will take a good chunk of health if you're hit, but ultimately that's the only thing they are, powerful. I will never forget Liz Triangle, and lily-an's divine voice. Never. Liz Triangle, with their "White Lotus" album, stole my heart mercilessly and from then on I became a fan of theirs. I always think that vocals can be a double edged sword, when the vocalist is good and she/he (or even it, in a vocaloids' case) goes in harmony with the rest of the instruments, that's when the power of vocals truly shine. But, on the other hand, if you have somebody with a voice that isn't made for singing, or if the instruments and the vocalist just don't complement each other, the whole song will fail, horribly. As easy as you may think it is, it's actually pretty hard to find good vocalists. Fortunately, and really fortunately, in Touhou arranges there are a set number of circles that really know how to do their job in vocals, that is what I've tried to demonstrate with the previous uploads, there was even a Yellow Zebra song in there, a circle known for their J-poppish/techno arranges, and IOSYS (there are a lot of others, like SYNC.
