This is a diecast, 1/55 scale number 27 of the Maters tall tales cars toon collection. He's from Monster truck Mater episode. Mater's Tall Tales Cars Toon is an animated short television series by Pixar featuring the characters Mater and Lightning McQueen from the film Cars. The episodes currently air on ABC Kids, and Disney Channel, and Disney XD.
