Lose 100 pounds counting calories the Calorie Restriction way. Using the cronOmeter to monitor calories and nutrients I have lost 86 pounds so far. I have about 20 pounds left to lose. Calorie Restriction is a life altering and enlightening way to live. It has made by body healthy and leaner. Not because I have lost weight, I am actually leaner because I don't eat dairy, wheat, rice, sugar, or potatoes that bloat my body. It is a wonderful lifestyle and if fits me perfectly. I lost 86 pounds without exercising. Today I decided to join a gym. I will work out 3 days a week, not to burn calories for weight loss but to tone my muscles and give me strength. I will continue to eat right to lose weight and maintain the weight loss. This is a life long commitment, one I am more than willing to do.
