Video Report: Natalee Hazelwood www.lutontoday.co.uk Larger-than-life chef meets her fans at bookshop Celebrity chef Rustie Lee attracted a crowd of wannabe kitchen stars when she signed copies of her new book in Luton's Waterstone's on Tuesday. Dressed in festive red, the culinary expert chatted with fans as she autographed Rustie Lee - A Taste Of The Caribbean. The recipe book is the first one that the kitchen whizz has written since 1984, and it features 120 recipes for food and drink from across the Caribbean. Favourites such as Rice and Peas, Ackee and Saltfish, Jerk Chicken and traditional Journey Cakes all fill the pages, as well as Rustie's own recipies for Caribbean Christmas Cake and rum-based Rustie's Aphrodisiac Cocktail. Rustie said: "I had a lot of fun compiling the book and filming the DVD. I hope that people will enjoy the book, have a lot of fun trying the recipes and experiencing a taste of the Caribbean." Rustie Lee -- A Taste Of The Caribbean, published by HandE Publishers Limited, is available from bookshops priced £24. 21 December 2007 9:23 AM
